Banana Peach Breakfast Smoothie

"I really love the challenge of taking great recipes and making them healthy...not the low carb, high-protein, fad diet type of healthy....but the way my first grader learned nutrition in school as did I years ago....the basic science of eating.... This is one fun breakfast smoothie that is filling, low fat, low cal, reminds me of the date cookies my grandma used to make :) I adjusted it from a weight watchers cook book to suit my taste buds."
