- 2 medium bananas
- 6 ounces orange juice, frozen concentrate unsweetened
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1 cup yogurt, low-fat
- Peel and slice bananas.
- Put into a blender or food processor.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cover and blend until foamy.
- Pour into small paper cups and freeze.
- To eat, squeeze bottom of cup.
