    Good way to use up nectarines if they ripen too quickly. Sometimes I buy too many at once. Ditto for bananas.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 large banana, sliced
    • 1 cup unsweetened orange juice
    • 1 large nectarine, peeled and pitted (or 2 small)
    • 1/2 cup milk (I use 2percent)
    • 3 ice cubes

    Directions:

      In a blender container, combine banana and orange juice.

      Blend until smooth.

      Add cut up nectarine and ice cubes.
    4. 4
      Blend until smooth.
    5. 5
      With blender running, add milk.
    6. 6
      Blend until smooth and frothy.

      Tastes great! Don't make it in a food processor though. It makes a mess. :) Trust me. I love the flavour and will keep this recipe for when I finally get a blender. Thanks!
