Good way to use up nectarines if they ripen too quickly. Sometimes I buy too many at once. Ditto for bananas.

  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 1 cup unsweetened orange juice
  • 1 large nectarine, peeled and pitted (or 2 small)
  • 12 cup milk (I use 2percent)
  • 3 ice cubes

Directions

  1. In a blender container, combine banana and orange juice.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add cut up nectarine and ice cubes.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. With blender running, add milk.
  6. Blend until smooth and frothy.

Tastes great! Don't make it in a food processor though. It makes a mess. :) Trust me. I love the flavour and will keep this recipe for when I finally get a blender. Thanks!
