  • Prepare pudding according to pkg directions.
  • Stir in extract.
  • Cover surface of pudding with waxed paper and cool to room temperature.
  • Fold in bananas and egg whites.
  • Spoon into 10 paper bake cups in muffin pans and freeze until firm.
  • Let stand at room temp 30 minutes before serving.
