This is a delicious shake made with vanilla yogurt, dried figs, and a frozen banana. This is a healthy shake for a quick breakfast, snack, or lunch.

- cut up frozen banana and set aside.
- Place yogurt in blender along with sliced dried figs.
- Turn on blender and with blender running put in banana pieces into blender one at a time until shake is thick and creamy.
- (I like chunks of figs in mine, soooo good).
