Yummy bran banana muffins with Splenda and honey instead of sugar!

  1. preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a medium bowl except Splenda.
  3. Mix Splenda with the bananas and egg.
  4. Add remaining wet ingredients.
  5. Add dry to wet mixture.
  6. Add raisins.
  7. Pour into muffin tin and bake for 15-20 minutes.

You should note that Honey is still a type of sugar and does affect a diabetic's sugar level and needs to be counted as sugar in their meal planning.
