  • preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Mix all dry ingredients in a medium bowl except Splenda.
  • Mix Splenda with the bananas and egg.
  • Add remaining wet ingredients.
  • Add dry to wet mixture.
  • Add raisins.
  • Pour into muffin tin and bake for 15-20 minutes.
