Yummy blueberry milkshake - with bananas and Nutrilite protein powder added. My kids love it - especially to build strenght and have energy during the basketball season.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Add ingredients to a blender in the order listed (helps with blending) and mix on high until creamy smooth.
  2. Add more milk if needed - but only a little at a time!
  3. (For a lower fat version, substitute vanilla frozen yogurt for the ice cream and use skim milk. Still yummy!).
