Yummy blueberry milkshake - with bananas and Nutrilite protein powder added. My kids love it - especially to build strenght and have energy during the basketball season.
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 banana
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
- 2 scoops protein powder (we use Nutrilite brand)

- Add ingredients to a blender in the order listed (helps with blending) and mix on high until creamy smooth.
- Add more milk if needed - but only a little at a time!
- (For a lower fat version, substitute vanilla frozen yogurt for the ice cream and use skim milk. Still yummy!).
