I love the Berry Blast of this smoothie.... my boys and I whip these up in the magic bullet for a quick energy boost.
- 2 small bananas
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 (8 ounce) container low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 3⁄4 cup 2% low-fat milk
- Blend ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into glass.
I love this. I use no yogurt but do add peanut butter about 2 tbls. It adds more protein and flavor.
Simple and wonderful! I used coconut milk with a splash of OJ and added a big handful of spinach. The kids and I loved it!
this was delicious!!! i didnt have strawberries on hand so i just used one large banana, 1 cup of low fat strawberry yogurt and 3/4 of skim milk....very veryyy delicious!!
