- 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (blue berries, raspberries and blackberries)
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 dash cinnamon
directions
- In a blender, add all ingredients.
- Blend on high for 1 minute.

Made this pretty much as given, although I did double the ingredients because the 2 of us do like large-size smoothies! I also used fat-free vanilla yogurt & then cut the amount of vanilla extract in half, but other than that . . . An absolutely great tasting smoothie! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
