- 1 cup sweet potato, peeled and diced
- 1⁄2 cup butternut squash, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons rosemary, minced
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
