An easy seafood recipe with just a few ingredient. To be tried.
- 2 cups bay scallops, washed, drained and dried
- flour, to dredge
- 1 cup fat-free half-and-half
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Dredge scallops with flour and put into a greased casserole.
- Pour on half and half, dot with butter and and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 30 minutes and serve from casserole.
