Simple and delicious! Low calorie and super filling!
- 1 cup romaine lettuce
- 1⁄2 cup sweet whole kernel corn
- 1⁄2 cup diced tomato
- 1⁄8 cup diced onion
- 1 cup chicken-apple sausages (of your choice)
- 1⁄8 cup cheese (of your choice)
- 1⁄4 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing (or dressing of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon hot taco sauce
- Heat: chicken apple sausage for 1 minute in microwave.
- For dressing: Mix dressing and hot sauce.
- Now mix dressing and chicken apple sausage in with lettuce, corn, tomato, onion, cheese, and sunflower seeds.
