Got this off of Captain Morgan USA's Face book page. There is no recipe like this on Food.com so I thought I'd add it. I thought I'd make a suggestion on the raw egg. There is a risk of getting sick from raw eggs. There are egg alternatives out there that are far safer.
- 56.69 g irish cream
- 14.17 g spiced rum
- 1 egg (You can substitute with a powder egg mixture or the ones that come in a container that has been thro)
- 0.25 ml nutmeg
- Mix Irish Cream, Spiced Rum, and egg.
- Pour into a snifter.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of grated nutmeg.
Raw egg a bit scary for me, my will is up to date... Okay, but neither DH nor I finished the drink. If I raised my own eggs, I might have a different attitude. Made for Spring 2013 Pick-A-Chef.
