- 517.37 g box yellow cake mix or 517.37 g box white cake mix
- 99.22 g box fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 236.59 ml oil
- 236.59 ml irish cream
- 59.14 ml water

Glaze
- 59.14 ml powdered sugar
- 59.14 ml irish cream
directions
- - Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- - Grease and flour 1 bundt pan or 2 small loaf pans.
- - Combine all cake ingredients in a bowl and mix with an electric mixer for about 3 minutes.
- - Pour into pans and bake for 50 minutes.
- - While cake cools, mix together glaze ingredients.
- - Turn cooled cake onto plate and drizzle with glaze.

I have the somewhat ironic distinction of not only being a registered dietitian, but also a graduate of culinary school. Needless to say, my two sides often "fight" when it comes to cooking.
