"This is a recipe I got from a former co-worker of mine. I'm not sure exactly what the origin is or why it's called "Babysitter Dip" -- all I know is that it's super easy and super good!"

ingredients

2 (8 ounce) bags shredded colby-monterey jack cheese
8 ounces ranch dressing
1 (10 ounce) can of diced tomatoes and green chilies (I use Rotel brand)
green onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced

directions

Mix all ingredients well. Chill at least 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
