Served cold from a clear glass pitcher, this green savory beauty is sure to impress! Lovely with carrot and celery stick dippers. From Real Dairy.
- 3 cups milk (use less milk if using as a dip, to taste)
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons dried chives
- 1 large avocado, peeled, seeded and diced
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- Whir all ingredients in blender until smooth.
- Makes about 1 quart.
- Makes a lovely refreshing drink, or serve as a dip for fresh veggies.
