  1. Puree the avocado with all the ingredients.
  2. Serve in salt rimmed glasses To get the salt to stick to the glass dip the rim of the glass in lighten beaten egg white and then into coarse sea salt.

i thought this was yummy- i use florida avocados, which are much fattier than Hass ones (which i think are gross)! It came out just a little textured, but that was when the avocados were not really fully ripened.
