It has the perfect combination of healthy and tasty, with just a touch of weird. I always have to make extra because it's just TOO GOOD.
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1⁄2 cup cocoa powder or 1⁄2 cup carob powder
- 1⁄2 cup maple syrup or 1⁄2 cup agave syrup
- 1⁄4 teaspoon stevia powder
- 3⁄4 cup powdered sugar (this also makes it thicker to decorate with) (optional)
