Avocado Buttermilk Dressing With Zip

• Yields: 1 batch

ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup buttermilk
• 1 small jalapeno (seeds or not, your choice)
• 1⁄4 cup cilantro
• 1 avocado
• 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons scallions, chopped
• 1 lime, juice
• 1⁄4 teaspoon cumin, ground
• 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
• 1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt

directions

1. Start with 2/3's of the buttermilk and add everything else to your blender. Give it a whirl.
2. Adjust thickness with more or less buttermilk.
