Aunt Phyllis' Orange Praline Yams

"This is a delicious dish. I had this for Thanksgiving at Aunt Phyllis'. I've made it too. It's a little more sophisticated than the usual marshmallow variety of yams (but we like that kind too)! That's the problem-we like them all! So many yams, so little time."

  1. Oh YUM!!!! I made this instead of the brown sugar and butter sweet potatoes I usually make at Thanksgiving. SOOOO good!!! I even sent the recipe home with one of my guests who swears she's going to make this one A LOT. I couldn't really taste the brandy, but the orange flavor was rather strong. I'll definitely be making this one again! Thanks for sharing! :)
