Aunt Marge's Potato Chip Cookies

"While I have checked each recipe that I have added to make certain that there wasn't one just like it, I guess it still surprises me a bit :) My Aunt Marge use to make these cookies year round. She had four daughters that were famous for throwing the bag of potato chips at each other, because whoever touched them last had to put them away. Needless to say, Aunt Marge found something to do with the crumbs that were once chips."

 1. My 6 yr old son had never had a cookie before today due to severe allergies. Now that he can eat wheat I've been looking for a recipe he'd enjoy that would be butter/margarine, nut, chocolate and egg free. These were a BIG BIG hit!!! They were very easy and quick to make. Very unhealthy, but I think that's the point of a cookie! A new family recipe for sure.

If I could only figure out how to make a living cooking... I cook with passion, care and patience, I am thinking that might be a bit hard to make a living only cooking for 10 people at a time :)
It's all about texture and flavors blending for me. I think I make people a little nervous because I don't really eat the things I cook. I am a "taster". I cook with only real ingedients, refuse to deal with low fat, low flavor, low calorie. Food is life, everything in moderation.
