- 16 fresh habenero chilies, stemmed but not seeded
- 8 ounces chili-garlic sauce (Huy Fong brand preferred)
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup honey
directions
- Puree all ingredients in food processor or blender until desired consistency.
- Sauce will keep in fridge for up to 2 months.
