This is a great dip for pretzels or melba toast rounds.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 12 cup chunky bleu cheese salad dressing
  • 14 cup snipped chives or 14 cup finely chopped green onion, tops
  • pretzel stick

Directions

  1. Stir together chopped atrichoke hearts, sour cream, salad dressing, and chive.
  2. Place in serving bowl.
  3. Chill for 1 hour.
  4. Surround with pretzels or melba toast rounds.
  5. Enjoy!
