I have had this sauce at Arby's and its a very tasty mild Horseradish sauce great on beef!

  1. Mix all well.
  2. Keep refrigerated, tightly covered.
  3. Use in 2 weeks.
  4. Do not freeze.

I was low on mayo so used 2/3rd cup mayo/ 1/3rd miracle whip. Instead of creamed horseradish, used equal amount of grated and absolutely loved the result!

A good horseradish sauce; great on roast beef! - whether it is "just like Arby's" is not important. If you want it to have a creamier texture, just fold in a little whipped cream - I just squirt a little blob from an aerosol can (Redi-Whip) and omit the sweetener called for here. It makes a lighter, creamier sauce. Thanks for the recipe, cinderbear! P.S. for Pot Scrubber - the first two ingredients of good mayo are soybean oil and eggs, then white vinegar!

I am not sure whether "creamed" horseradish is what I used, but this was a yummy sauce that satisfied my craving for Arby's sauce. The texture wasn't quite right, but the flavour was yummy.
