    A no-effort ice-cream that looks and tastes beautiful. Recipe can be made a day ahead. You could also add a tablespoonful or two of Grand Marnier if you want to be fancy!

    • 2 cups vanilla ice cream , softened slightly
    • ½ cup chopped roasted macadamia nuts (unsalted)
    • ¼ cup chopped plain sweet cookie
    • ¼ cup of chopped glace apricot

    Directions:

      Place all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.

      Stir until combined, and spoon into 4 serving/sorbet glasses.

      Freeze till firm.
