  1. Heat oven to 350*.
  2. Grease and flour a 9 inch loaf pan.
  3. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg into lg mixing bowl.
  4. Add brown sugar, eggs, and all remaining ingredients.
  5. Mix until throughly combined.
  6. Pour into pan.
  7. Bake for 55 minutes, or until a pick comes out clean.
  8. Cool on wire rack.
