ingredients

• 1 1/2 Pound Loaf

• 118.29 ml unsweetened apple juice
• 118.29 ml canned yam, well drained and chopped
• 1 medium apple, shredded (or finely chopped)
• 6.16 ml salt
• 29.58 ml butter (room temperature)
• 887.21 ml bread flour
• 6.16 ml bread machine yeast or 6.16 ml fast rising yeast

directions

1. Measure ingredients into baking pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
2. Insert pan into the oven chamber.
3. Select Sweet Cycle; press start.
4. When the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a rack.
5. Let cool to room temperature before slicing.

Delicious moist bread with slightly dense texture. Used regular cycle (my machine doesn't have sweet bread cycle) and turned out fine. Excellent toasted with a little butter.
