- 3 Red Delicious apples
- 226.79 g lemon low fat yogurt
- 78.78 ml finely chopped celery (optional)
- 118.29 ml dried cranberries (or raisins)
- 29.58 ml chopped walnuts
- salt and pepper
directions
- Cut up peeled an cored apples; set aside.
- Combine yogurt and the rest of the ingredients, stirring well.
