  • 56.69 g apple syrup
  • 14.17 g cinnamon syrup
  • 56.69 g espresso
  • milk, steamed and foamed
  • cinnamon, for garnish

  • In a 12-ounce cup, combine syrups and espresso.
  • Fill cup with steamed milk, top with foamed milk and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Serve immediately.

  1. Sorry it took me so long to make this from your win of the Football Pool Week #3. I had trouble finding apple syrup in my area but finally had it shipped to me. My local coffee shop made this drink for me since I don't own an espresso machine and now he wants to put it on his menu! Great cappuccino! Congrats on your win!!
     
  2. Another terrific coffee break courtesy of Lazyme. I used apple juice and Splenda in place of syrup. Lazy that was 2 ounces of espresso *before* brewing...right? It's a winner for sure. :D
