This is a great and healthy drink I often whip up. It's especially nice to be able to make it when fresh fruit isn't in season since it uses frozen fruit.
- 354.88 ml banana yogurt or 354.88 ml non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 236.59 ml apple juice
- 118.29 ml frozen strawberries, partially thawed
- 118.29 ml frozen sliced peaches, partially thawed
