This is a great and healthy drink I often whip up. It's especially nice to be able to make it when fresh fruit isn't in season since it uses frozen fruit.
- 1 1⁄2 cups banana yogurt or 1 1⁄2 cups non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1⁄2 cup frozen strawberries, partially thawed
- 1⁄2 cup frozen sliced peaches, partially thawed
- Place yogurt, apple juice, strawberries, and peaches in a blender; cover.
- Blend until smooth and serve right away.
