- 1 small apple, peeled and cored
- 1 frozen banana
- 1⁄3 cup milk
- 1⁄3 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 tablespoons raw almonds
- Combine all ingredients in blender.
- Process until smooth.
- Makes a generous portion (meal size) for one.
