Easy to make and very adaptable. Great on canapes, breads, beef or chicken.
- Cream butter in a small bowl with an electric mixer. Transfer to blender or food processor. Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
- Place butter in plastic wrap and form into a log shape or place in a ramekin and cover tightly.
This is an excellent recipe. I use a combination of nuts. Since my husband cannot have red meat protein and only fins and feathers once in a while this is an excellent sourse of protein and most of all HE LIKES IT. Thanks for posting!
