Make and share this Antipasticks recipe from Food.com.
- wooden skewer (8 inch)
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 20 small bocconcini, balls (fresh mozzarella)
- 24 fresh basil leaves
- good quality olive oil, to drizzle
- salt and pepper (optional)
- Skewer tomatoes, basil and cheese.
- Drizzle lightly with oil and add salt and pepper to taste.
Delicious. They're great, easy and tasty. Added a bit of balsamic vinegar, and totally enjoyed them!
