This is just a snack I made from what I had on hand that turned out better than I expected it to. Tell me what you think... .
- Dice mango and banana into bite-size pieces.
- Mix fruit, vanilla, cinnamon and ginger together in medium bowl.
- Chill for at least an hour before serving, although the longer you let it sit, the better the flavors will blend.
