• 236.59 ml cooked chicken, cubed
• 946.36 ml spinach, fresh
• 1 tomatoes, diced
• 1 cucumber, sliced
• 6 mushrooms, sliced
• 59.14 ml blue cheese, crumbled

directions

1. Toss together and serve with Amy's Vinegarette.

Made this for Fall PAC 2012 tag game...quite a good choice with a bowl of soup and some french bread. I did add some slivered onions and used a homemade dressing...delicious. DH enjoyed the spinach for a change in a salad. Thank you for posting.
