  1. In a buttered 2-quart cassererole, alternate layers of potatoes and orange slices.
  2. mix pineapple, sugar,butter, and salt.
  3. Pour mixture over layers.
  4. Sprinkle coconut on top.
  5. Bake in a preheated 350° F oven for 30 minutes.
