Amarula-Rula

"Another Amarula recipe found online. It's been brought to my attention that the 2nd ingredient isn't showing. Which is a little weird, because it is there. LOL. And, no, I haven't been sipping the Amarula. So, the 2nd ingredient is actually 1 ounce of cherry flavored liqueur."

  1. I enjoyed the blending of flavors in this cocktail. The amarula was the predominate flavor. Great for me, I love amarula. I used a thick cream for a lovely decadent treat. Too quick and easy to make Lazyme, this could be trouble. Thanks for posting. Made for ZWT7 (Witchin Kitchen)

  2. This one didn't work for me. :( I used a very expensive Kirsch, and maybe that wasn't such a good thing? It just didn't work well together at all. So sorry! But will try again using something else! :) Made for the ZWT4

  3. Not my favorite Amarula cocktail, but really good anyway. I used Cherry liqueur too. I forgot the cream when i went to the liquor store, so i added some whipped cream and had to shake a bit longer to get it smooth, lol. Made for ZWT4, Tastebud Tickling travelers.

  4. We used cherry liqueur and it didn't taste much like cherry to us. It was very smooth, very creamy, and very alcohol-flavored, but not in a bad way. :) Thank you for posting, made for ZWT4.

  5. I used also cherry brandy. And I used half and half cream. Thanks Lazyme for a yummy drink. Made for the Babes of ZWT4
