I love Affogato & I found this recipe for the Mexican version in Australian Good Taste.
- 125 ml freshly brewed espresso coffee
- 60 ml gold tequila
- 60 ml coffee liqueur
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- Combine the coffee, tequila and coffee liqueur in a heatproof jug.
- Spoon the ice-cream among serving glasses. Pour over the coffee mixture and serve immediately.
