A Really Simple Caprese Salad.

  • Drain the mozzarella and gently squeeze to get rid of excess liquid.
  • Carefully slice the Mozzarella into 0.5cm-1cm thick slices.
  • Slice the Tomatoes into the same thickness.
  • Arrange/layer in a 1:1 Ratio e.g. Tom,Mozz,Tom,Mozz.
  • Dab 1-2 teaspoons of Pesto on salad, or plate.
