A Really Simple Caprese Salad.

- 1 fresh mozzarella ball (Tescos is cheap but great tasting)
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 -2 tablespoon classic pesto sauce
directions
- Drain the mozzarella and gently squeeze to get rid of excess liquid.
- Carefully slice the Mozzarella into 0.5cm-1cm thick slices.
- Slice the Tomatoes into the same thickness.
- Arrange/layer in a 1:1 Ratio e.g. Tom,Mozz,Tom,Mozz.
- Dab 1-2 teaspoons of Pesto on salad, or plate.
