"Growing up my mother used to make this all the time. Especially festive for the holidays and for St Patrick's Day."

ingredients

• 1892.76 ml lime sherbet
• 7 (2381.35 g) can 7-Up soda, chilled

directions

1. Spoon 3 pints sherbet into a large punch bowl. Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes.
2. Slowly pour in chilled 7-Up stirring slightly.
3. Float remaining sherbet on top and serve.
