Questions & Replies

What is the marinade, the liquid left over from pressure cooking the tongue? What is 1/2 cup olive -- 1/2 cup of olives or of olive oil? When to be added? Assume the red bell pepper is added at the same time as tomato sauce for the final 15-minute simmer? How would this recipe need to be changed using (much cheaper) pigs tongue? Excited to try this as soon as possible since I bought 2kg of them!
