- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 canned pinto beans, 15 oz (1 drained)
- 2 cans Rotel Tomatoes, 10 0z (1 drained)
- 1 bag minestrone soup, 10 . 5 oz (better than canned)
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese
- Cook ground beef and drain. Cook soup by recipe on bag then add the ground beef and all other ingredients until cheese is melted.
