  • 1. Peel rutabega with vegetable peeler and cut into small cubes, about 1/2" or smaller.
  • 2. Boil rutabega cubes for approximately 15-20 minutes. The time may vary based on size of pieces. They are done when easily poked with a fork.
  • 3. Drain rutabega and mash with potato masher with all other ingredients. A food processor works great if you have one.
