ingredients
- 6 ounces nonfat yogurt (I used Dannon's Light & Fit Toasted Coconut Vanilla)
- 6 ounces calcium-enriched orange juice
- 12 ounces crushed ice
directions
- Empty yogurt container into a blender.
- Use the empty container to measure the orange juice and ice, and add those to the blender.
- Blend and enjoy!

<p>I'm a journalism and French major at the University of Georgia who discovered the joy of cooking a couple of years ago.
