Grilled Beef Steak Verciano

"I got this recipe from Bon Appetit many years ago. Perfect for using up that last bit of red wine. Perfect for OMAC"

• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup red wine
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped (or 2 tsp dried)
• 2 large garlic, minced
• 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1 1⁄2 lbs top sirloin steaks

directions

1. Combine the ingredients for the marinade. Add the steak and marinate up to 3 days.
2. Prepare grill.
3. Grill steak until done to preference.
