  1. Easy mashed potatoes - simple flavors most people enjoy - we sure did! I used small white potatoes and didn't peel them - personal preference. Made for New Kid On The Block Tag Game, 1/13/09.

hi!I am Lenka, and i am anorexic, but i still love to cook. i cook in my own way. and first off, try to understand that anorexics DO eat! we just don't eat very much. all of the recipes that I've put up are what i like to call "safe foods". "Safe foods" don't contain that many calories or much fat. i have joined this site because i want to share my stories, and my recipes. i first became anorexic at age 11, and i recovered at 13, i recently relapsed ( i am not 16), but am recovering well. i am trying to spread awareness, because anorexia is a disease, not a fashion statement. please don't post hateful comments, i give myself enough hate. but do post comments, i love to hear from you!!! ♥♥☺☺
