- 2 cups garbanzo beans, drained
- 1⁄3 cup tahini
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 -4 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
directions
- Put all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth. Recipe can be doubled!
