  1. Delicious! I recommend toasting the slivered almonds and sprinkling them on top when served vs mixing them in, but either way, this was great!

  2. This was surprisingly good. Next time I will add a little vanilla extract. I topped it with bananas, more strawberries and chopped pecans.

  3. I'm giving this 5 stars b/c it was so darn easy! Flavor was what I expected. Texture was the same as cooked, hot oatmeal and soaking it in the fruit & yougurt made it quite sweet, but not any sweeter than the pre-packaged fruit oatmeals out there. Certainly a keeper for us. Great for hectic school mornings!

  4. This was delicious! I suggest adding blueberries in addition to the strawberries to give it a nice contrast. Great recipe that is perfect for dorm living! :-D

  5. My little girl (8) made this for her Father, for Fathers Day breakfast. To see her face as she put this out on the table for all of us was the best as she did it all by herself We enjoyed this so much that we are now haveing it for breakfast most days. I also added canned mangos. Thank you for putting this up. and a big smile from Emma
