  1. I worried about the fact that this dough didn't have any sugar in it, that it might not rise well. It looked great coming out of the bread machine. I rolled it out nice and thin then let it rise another 20 minutes. It continued to rise when I pre-baked it so it ended-up a little too thick for my tastes, but the boys loved it. I did think it lacked flavor. Might try adding some Italian seasoning, rosemary, and/or garlic powder next time. I also wish it was all wheat flour.

  2. This was good but I think I could get more than 2 pizzas next time as I like such a thin base. It worked well and tasted great but my 2 bases were a little too thick for my personal preference and hence a baby bit doughy in the middle. I am keen to do this again as it is so quick and much nicer than pre bought bases.
